It does not diagnose any medical condition — including, but not limited to, disc-related conditions, nerve-related conditions, or structural spinal conditions. If you have reported a prior diagnosis from a healthcare professional, we store that as information you've shared; we do not independently confirm, evaluate, or act on that diagnosis.

This screening is not exhaustive and cannot identify every situation where professional care is appropriate. Use your own judgment, and when in doubt, consult a healthcare professional.

Stop if something feels wrong

Stop any exercise immediately if it causes significant pain, sharp or shooting pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness, or any symptom that concerns you. Discontinue use of the platform and seek appropriate medical care if your symptoms worsen or fail to improve.

We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome, including pain reduction, recovery timeline, or resolution of any symptom. Individual results vary, and progress tracking within the app reflects self-reported data only — it is not a clinical measurement.
