The trainer behind every demonstration
Every exercise in Restora is filmed by Boris — the same person who guides you through the assessment and shows up throughout your daily workouts, so you always know exactly what correct form looks like.

Boris
Exercise Coach
Boris films every exercise demonstration in Restora — step by step, at a pace you can actually follow, so you can see correct form and pacing rather than just read about it.
"Good form matters more than difficulty — every video is filmed so it's easy to see, not just describe."
Why Boris does this work
Boris didn't start his journey because he had all the answers. He started because he needed them himself.
For years, Boris struggled with back pain that affected more than just his workouts. Simple movements became uncomfortable, training became frustrating, and he began to understand how easily pain can change the way you live your everyday life.
That experience changed the way he looked at fitness.
Instead of seeing exercise as simply lifting heavier or pushing harder, Boris became focused on something more important: moving well, building strength gradually, and understanding your body.
Today, as a personal trainer, Boris brings that experience into every demonstration in the app. His goal is to make movement easier to understand and help people feel more confident while exercising.
What shapes every program
Built from your assessment, not a template
Every recommendation starts with what you actually reported — body areas, symptoms, pain pattern, and goals — not a generic plan handed to everyone.
Safety screened before anything else
Before a program is built, your answers are checked against a set of warning signs that call for professional evaluation instead of a self-guided program.
Consistency before intensity
Programs start at a level your body can actually sustain and progress from there as you're ready — the biggest risk in recovery is usually doing too much too soon, not too little.
