Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Restora (the "Platform"). By creating an account, completing the assessment, or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Restora provides a personalized exercise and movement education platform: an assessment questionnaire, program recommendations, structured daily workouts, an exercise library, and progress tracking. Restora is an educational and fitness product, not a medical service — see our Medical Disclaimer for details.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a program.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Free accounts may access the assessment and limited previews only. Full program access, daily workouts, and progress tracking require an active purchase or subscription.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

• One-time program purchases grant ongoing access to that program's content.
• Subscription products (such as the Complete Recovery Library) renew automatically until canceled from your account settings.
• Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed and include value-added tax (VAT / PDV) where it applies. They may change for future billing periods with notice.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. Restora does not store your full card number.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, reverse engineer the service, or resell access to program content without authorization.

5. Assumption of risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risk. You participate in any exercise program on this Platform voluntarily and at your own risk, and you are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional as appropriate before beginning or continuing any exercise program.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

Restora provides general exercise and movement information and is not a medical service. To the extent permitted by law, SAVOIR FAIRE j.d.o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury or harm resulting from your decision to follow or not follow any content on the Platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example, for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by our fault), and nothing limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Please contact us first at support@restorarehab.com so we can try to solve the problem. Disputes that cannot be settled are decided by the competent court in Zagreb, Croatia, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use the courts where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
