Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Restora collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Some of the information you share — such as symptoms, self-reported diagnoses, and pain ratings — is health-related information, and we treat it with particular care.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is SAVOIR FAIRE j.d.o.o., Vinogradska cesta 43, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (OIB 11976751317, MBS 081707988, support@restorarehab.com). If you are in the European Union you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw consent at any time, and you have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Croatia: AZOP, azop.hr).

Health information & your consent

We use the health-related information you enter only to build and adapt your exercise plan, and only after you give your explicit consent (the checkbox before your assessment results). You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account, or by contacting us. Restora is for adults aged 18 and over.

Information we collect

• Account information: email, password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text), and name.
• Assessment responses: the body areas, symptoms, movement limitations, goals, and activity level you report.
• Program activity: workout completion, exercise-level feedback, daily check-ins (pain, energy, mobility), and streaks.
• Purchase information: product purchased, amount, and payment status. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

How we use this information

• To generate your personalized program recommendation and adapt it as you progress.
• To operate your dashboard, daily workouts, and progress tracking.
• To process purchases and manage your account.
• To improve the platform's exercise content and recommendation logic in aggregate, de-identified form.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal or health-related information.
• We do not share your assessment responses or check-in data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, assessment history, program progress, and check-in data from our active systems, subject to limited retention required for financial recordkeeping (such as purchase records).

Your choices

• Update or correct your profile information at any time.
• Opt in or out of daily reminder notifications — reminders are never enabled without your explicit choice.
• Request a copy of your data by contacting support@restorarehab.com.

Security

Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms, sessions are secured with signed tokens, and premium content is protected server-side — not just hidden in the interface.
